Well its the final match of the 6 meetings this season against our bogey them Peterborough today. The odds are stacked against us after only getting a draw at home on Thursday. However this is Speedway and anything can happen. We are at full strength plus with Toby, Charles & Jason all getting more race time this week after their various lay off's should help. Peterborough are without their top scorer from Thursday night Jack Holder who is on under 21 duty (he is replaced by Rory Schlein) so that may weaken them, although Schlein is not a bad stand in. Still think it will be close lets hope from some points. UTB

It would be brilliant to get something here but I think Schlien actually strengthens them , For us to get anything Jason needs to be back to his best , All the others also cannot be anything other than on the ball

I think we've got a bit carried away with our away form the majority of points we've picked up at Berwick and Scunthorpe who are hardly strong and our home form has been poor for a top four club no where near good enough but a much better and more competitive season than we are used to top six would be decent finish with the injuries we've had

To be fair I think injuries have taken there toll. Garrity and Busch will need a couple more matches to get back to full fitness. And ayres is probably still a battered A win and a second wasn't bad from perks

Well 53-39 loss , 10-1 down after 2 is not the best start 16 points from Ben, Keep going lads After a disastrous start & 19 points down after heat 6 (27-8) We can take some good feeling from the fact that we won the second half of the meeting only being 14 points down (53-39) at the and even if you take out the extra 3 points from Ben's tactical we still won heats 7 to 15. Why oh why did we make such a poor start. Onwards an upwards to Workington on Thursday.

That is probably the first time our reserves have been out scored. Plus Jason is not fit yet & no surprise that Tobias did not score here.

Bearing in mind that Toby was injured at Peterborough in the first place
